Booking & Refund Policy

• The title, mutation or survey does not match the report we gave you.
• The seller withdraws the property.
• Registration cannot happen within 60 days for a reason on our or the seller’s side.

Cancel within 7 days of booking and we return the booking money minus the payment provider fee. After 7 days the booking money is not returned unless one of the reasons above applies.

Call the hotline or write to us with your booking number. Your agent confirms the reason within 2 working days.

Approved refunds are paid within 7 working days to the same bKash, Nagad, Rocket or card account, or by bank transfer for larger amounts.

For instalment purchases the refund terms in your signed agreement apply.
