• The property you asked about, your preferred visit date and any message you send us.
• Payment confirmations from the payment provider — we never see or store your card number or PIN.
• Basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site fast and safe.

• To arrange site visits, answer questions and prepare your sale documents.
• To send booking receipts, visit reminders and registration dates.
• To send property news only if you subscribed — every e-mail has an unsubscribe link.
• To prevent fraud and keep your account secure.

We share your details only with the people needed to complete your purchase: the seller, our lawyers, the sub-registry office and the payment provider. We never sell or rent your information.

We use a few cookies to keep you signed in, remember your cart and saved properties, and count visits. You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time; some features may then stop working.

Account and sale records are kept for as long as the law requires for property transactions. Visit requests that did not lead to a sale are deleted after 24 months.
