01How do you verify a property?
Our legal team checks the deed, mutation (khatian), porcha, tax receipts and the land survey before a plot is listed.
02Can I visit the land before buying?
Yes. Book a free site visit and our agent will meet you there with all documents.
03How do I pay the booking money?
Reserve a plot online with bKash, Nagad or card, or pay at our office. The rest is paid at registration.
04Do you help with registration?
We handle the deed writing, registration office appointment and mutation for you.
05Can I buy in instalments?
Many projects offer 12–36 month instalments. Ask our team for the plan of each property.
