Bhumi Properties is a real estate agency that lists, verifies and sells land, apartments, houses and commercial property on behalf of owners and developers.

We check every listing, but sizes, prices and photos are a guide until the final survey. The registered deed and the survey report always take priority over the website.

You need an account to book a property. Keep your password private; you are responsible for bookings made from your account.

• The booking money reserves the property for 30 days.
• The booking is confirmed when you receive our e-mail or SMS receipt.
• The rest of the price is paid at registration, by bank transfer or pay order.

Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka. Government charges — stamp duty, registration fee, local tax and mutation fee — are paid by the buyer unless the property page says otherwise.

Site visits are free. Please bring a photo ID; children must stay with an adult on construction sites.

Cancellations and refunds follow our Booking & Refund Policy.

We are responsible for the checks we promise in writing. We are not responsible for changes made by government bodies after registration, such as new road or zoning plans.

We may update these terms. The version shown on the day you book applies to that booking.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes go first to friendly discussion, then to the courts of Dhaka.
